HI AS47, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the TV channels. Can you confirm if this is the case? Can you check that all cables are secure and do a reboot of the box to see if anything changes? Chris
Which TV box do you have - is it a TiVo or a V6? The boxes connect to the internet (for EPG updates among other things) differently.
Assuming you have a TiVo, then the suggestion to try a network connection is an excellent one and should be the solution. If that fails, or you have a V6 box, there could be a couple of other things to check.
