Channel tv guide moving

Has anyone had problems when going to the tv guide looking to see what's on. Suddenly the page just keeps rolling when you try to exit the page or press ok it starts up again. Couldn't  turn off tv with remote control. In the end had to turn off box! This has happened three times not sure why any ideas? Thank you

Hi heather,

It might be a faulty remote, even fluff or crumbs sticking or locking the remote keys.

Have you tried inserting new batteries?

The remote might need setting up again. Check the help page <<< here >>>  if it's still not working after following those instructions there is also  a link to order a replacement remote.

There's also a link on the order remote page to download the TV Control app which you can use as a temporary remote for the tivo box.
