Catchup tv

I have broadband tv and WiFi package. Why doI have to subscribe to items on catchup tv such as repeats of waking the dead? Should I have logged in somewhere?

Re: Catchup tv

Hi that will be down to the individual Tv companies that supply the programmes, virgin have no say in the matter if they choose not to release them free on demand.Regards Micky

Re: Catchup tv

The most likely explanation is that the programs you're trying to watch aren't actually CatchUp, but are BoxSets which are only included on the top-tier TV packages - MaxIt/XL/Full-House

CatchUp consists generally of programs broadcast in the past 30 days across most channels.

BoxSets are either complete or past series available in their entirety.

If you have any specific examples, someone can probably check.

Re: Catchup tv

Hi jdstevo1,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community.

When access Box Sets it will say to the right hand side if it included in your package or not.
