Our catch up service isn’t working - when we try to watch a show the bar appears briefly and sometimes the first ad comes on then a pop up message appears saying ‘this show is temporarily available’
it says 602 underneath the message.
Have restarted TiVo and checked connections including online test.
Any advice gratefully received.

Try to re-play the programme you wanted to watch
By trying to play the programme again, you should be able resolve your issue.
After following this step are you able to watch TV again?
If No Please get in touch with a member of our helpful team
We will be able to run some further checks our end to get your TV service back up and running again.
You need to either try the text messaging service.
Just send a text with a description of TV Faults to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
You can also call 150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 2 Faults, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues
