Catch up itv hub

Some itv hub programmes are not showing up at all on catch up itv hub through my tv. However I can find them to watch on my Virgin tv go using my phone or tablet. Specifically, strictly the real full monty which was shown 14/12/21. Why is this?

References to "ITV Hub" can mean one of two things, so it may help to clarify...

1: The ITV-branded streaming app that if you have a V6 (running TiVo software) is available via the apps menu. You can check which box you have, here if you're not sure.

2: ITV OnDemand programmes accessed via your TiVo menus, that have "ITV Hub" branding all over them.

If it's option-1, then you'll have to ask ITV as it's their app, not VM's.

If it's option-2, then I can't immediately find the programme listed on VoD - but Strictly is a BBC show and I'm struggling to find anything from ITV that's got a similiar name in the search options.

Its not option 1 as ITV are constantly advertising that the show is available on ITV Hub.

Its not a BBC show.   a quick google would have identified that for you!
