Catch up issue

When I go to catch up (for example all4) there’s often minimal programmes? I can access on my iPad and the programmes are all listed 

is this a setting issue or does this option not work properly on the TiVo box? 

any advice? 

I can watch on my iPad but seems a shame it’s not working via the virgin box/tv

I suspect that on your tablet, you are loading the C4-website rather than Virgin's in-house listings.

I've a feeling the TiVo doesn't have the All-4 branded app, but in any case you'd be much better off with a V6 if you're making regular use of streaming services as it's much newer and quicker than the legacy TiVo.

The alternative of course, is that you record any programme you know you'll want to watch. Always the better solution than rely on any streamer or VoD.

Thank you for your post - I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues with Catch Up from your TV box. This is a known issue affecting a lot of our customers at the moment. It's registered on the service status page so you can keep track of the issue and updated with the estimated fix date.
