Hi,
I can no longer watch some tv that used to be able to on catch up & demand. These are on Sky max & showcase. Was watching on there earlier this month but now not able to. Not changed anything with my contract. Any help on this would be great.

Take a read of the thread linked below, and try the suggestions in it. Please post back with the outcome - if you have a TiVo rather than a V6, ignore the suggestion to reboot your internet, that's irrelevant on a TiVo.

powering off my boxes and virgin media and restarting resolved the issues. 👍
