Catch up Tv

Catch up TV on V6 Box keeps Buffering whilst half way through watching programmes and saying lost internet connection when there’s nothing wrong with the connection anybody else with similar issues

How is your V6 connected to your homehub? Ethernet is the most recommended method if at all possible, or Powerline adapters.

If you're using WiFi, what does the signal strength report as, under Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network. Are you using the 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz band - the 5Ghz band can often be better, if you have sufficient signal strength,

What are the speeds like on your home internet? Again - ethernet connection direct to your homehub is the recommend method of proving your connection speed.
