Catch up TV is continually not available despite many attempts @ rebooting the V6 box and WiFi hub, reboot has worked twice but for less than 24 hrs each time.

You didn't metion if it was wireless or hard wired always better if you can to hard wire to the modem. If its a long way from the modem may need a power line installed.

Also if you have more than one of the same boxes try swapping them around see if that changes anything

Nathan, thank you for your suggestion of hard wiring the V6 box. I have now successfully hardwired the box and everything seems no to be working
