Catch up, Apps & Games, On demand not working

Hi,

Recently nothing, apart from ‘My Shows’, seems to be working. I tried to enter Prime Video but the screen goes black, throws me out of the app and returns to the list of app options. The same happens when I try and enter BBC iplayer. Seems to be happening with all apps. 

I’ve restarted the TiVo Box on several occasions - no luck.

Hope you will be able assist or fix the problem asap.

I am sorry to hear you are having problems accessing your apps and services. 

 

Can you firstly check the connection for me by selecting the following - 

 

HOME > HELP & SETTINGS > SETTINGS > NETWORK > CONNECT TO THE VIRGIN MEDIA SERVICE NOW

 

Let me know if this helps, if not we can definitely look in to things further 🙂
