Catch up and on demand services keep being interrupted; ‘circles’ start whizzing around on screen which repeats incessantly until the programme eventually stops playing! Ran tests via Virgin app which say nothing is wrong!
Let's be sure which box you have first - check here if you're not sure. And take advice from there. Also when the programme stops playing, do you get any error messages or codes?
Connectivity does differ between them, so therefore does the advice.
