I cannot log into account. My username and password is correct. this is really annoying. Changed it just to make sure I'm doing the right thing. Still it does not work. How can I rectify this?

Can you please confirm if this is your My Virgin Media account here you're unable to sign into or is it TV GO?
Can you confirm if you're getting any error messages?
