Cancelling my subscription

I've just gone on to another broadband provider and want to leave virgin ASAP. I've cancelled my direct debit to them myself because they are asking people to not call unless its an emergency. I would just like to email them if it's possible so I have it in writing that I wish to cancel all my subscription. Does anyone know if I can do this? And if so have an email address I could contact them? Thanks for any help

Re: Cancelling my subscription

Cancelling your direct debit it a bad idea, you'll just build up debt and get a damaged credit rating.

The only ways to cancel is by phone or post. There is no email option.

Re: Cancelling my subscription

Yup, you'd think. Started ringing at 8am on my landline.. Cut off after 45 mins in the queue, rang straight back on mobile, cut off after 35 mins.. Decided to try 1 more time on mobile, cut off after 55mins. So will have to write to them, providing I can find an address to send to. I get that things aren't normal right now, I really thought I was doing the right thing by cancelling the direct debit but now worried what that's done to my very good credit score 😔
