Cancelling a cancellation.

Dear Team,

I recently cancelled my account.  I was joining Sky and they have just postponed my installation Indefinitely !  I need to uncancel my contract but cannot get through on Phones or emails.  None of the on line help areas cover this.

I am due to be disconnected on 12th April.  I need this disconnection to be stopped please.

Lu,

Have you tried the Live Chat facility on the VM main website? This is showing to be the most efficient way of getting in touch at the moment.
