OK cancelled my contract on 9th April 2019 giving a month's notice. Telephoned on 9th May to check that contract was cancelled and was told it was. Returned Virgin equipment paid final bill. But am still remember receiving bills. Have spoken to several Virgin assistants and was finally told after they phoned me back that it had been sorted and Virgin owe me £42.00. I have since received another bill and today a threatening letter saying that it will go to debt collectors. Haven't used Virgin since 17 April!
I feel very harrassed and have no idea what to do next!
