Can't watch v6 box recordings on my Tivo

Have recently linked my Tivo box to my Home Hub. From my v6 box, I can see and play recordings from my Tivo; on the Tivo, I can see the recordings that are on my v6, I can delete them but I cannot play them (V401 error). Anyone have any idea why?

I had already checked the connections - the fact that the Tivo can see the list of v6 programmes (and indeed delete from the list) suggests it isn't a connectivity issue!

Are programmes on the v6 held at a higher level of quality that the Tivo can't handle?

I have same problem... TiVo can see v6 recording but get error when I try to play

connection is direct to wall socket with boxes plugged into hub
