Can't get passed the start up screen

Hi. Over the last week my tv keeps freezing. When I switch the TiVo box off and on again the starting up screen displays then the box switches itself off and on again.  It keeps going through this cycle.  Internet connection is fine.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Is this happening on multiple channels or just one?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community.

 

I'm sorry that you're having problems with your TiVo freezing. I can appreciate you're keen to get this fixed.

 

I've had a look at the backend of your services and you're currently affected by an outage that is affecting TV and broadband, which would explain the issues that you're having. 

 

The fault reference is F007564914 and is currently being worked on by out engineers, but there is no estimated fix time at the moment.

 

Although you can't get updates yourself, if you do speak to any member of our team they will be able to give you any updates you need.
