Hi, trying a post here as a last resort...
My grandmother has a complete Virgin package and has been having issues with her TV service for almost two months.
Constantly pixalating images on all channels plus recordings. This is not a television issue (netflix etc work just fine).
The remote has also seemed to stop pairing with the box in more recent weeks (not a battery issue).
We have tried all the basic fixes. She needs an engineer to come out - she pays a fortune for the service. But getting through on the phone has been less then helpful. They are saying the issue does not require an engineer - it clearly does. And I have seen other posts on this forum with similar issues (the pixelation) get an engineer booked.
If possible could someone get in touch to help me arrange this? Thanks in advance.
