Can't access Netflix

I have been unable to access Netflix on my tivo for over a day. When I click the icon I get the netflix logo for a couple of seconds then it goes back to the icon. Message on the right side says: Join Netflix and add your subscription to your Virgin Media bill...

Hi if you don't have a Netflix subscription then it won't give you access, you can do it directly with Netflix themselves which is the best thing to do, if you are subscribing then it's a virgin problem but having said that if you are using a TiVo as opposed to the V6 then that is the problem related to the older TiVo box.Regards Micky

If you don't have a Netflix subscription you would need to sign up to this before you're able to access this content as Littlemick73 has kindly advised.

 

If you do already have a Netflix account that was logged in and have our Tivo or V6 box could you please follow the steps below and let us know if this rectifies the issue for you:

Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now
