It would be better if you explain what your issues are with your TIVO as we may be able to help rather than you being stuck in a queue to the faults team and getting the automated replies to reboot the set top box and perform a series of tests etc.
Do you get any error messages?
Also have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page? You can also run a test on your equipment from there rather than doing it over the phone.
If nothing is showing you could also try the Service Status number 0800 561 0061. This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
