Hi

As above.

No time advised. No apology. Nothing.

I phoned Customer Service who said I would be contacted with a new appointment within 24 hours.

That hasn't happened either.

I also sent a private message to the person who helped on the original thread, but so far no response.

Just terrible. Please advise what is going on.
