C133

Got error code on TiVo box saying C133

no catch up and no on demand but in network status it says connected. Only light on TiVo box is a white and same on router. Rebooted both several times and still the same. I have 2 boxes and problem is on both can anyone help.???

ps TiVo is wired straight to router had no problems for 7 months

Can you confirm whether you're using a TiVo or a V6? Check here - you're mentioning a TiVo, but describing a V6. I'll assume V6.

If your network status is showing connected, then the advice in https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/c133 should resolve this.
