C133

Hi, 

Everytime I watch an on demand tv series/film I’ll get so far in before it cuts out and gives a c133 error, after 5mins I can resume playing but it will do the same
thing again. 

we had something replaced under the floor boards about a year ago after previous bigger connection problems but since then we’ve had the issue stated above. WiFi has been ok and so the connection should be fine. Also we have two TiVo boxes and the the other one does not have the same problem.

probably need an engineer but just thought I’d ask here as during covid it’s pretty hard to get in touch!
