Wondering if I could get some help please. I have 2 Tivo boxes and I am constantly getting the C130 error and cannot access on demand. I have tried all the steps online and it never seems to resolve this. It somehow is now working so if I call Virgin Media they will say there is no issue but I know the minute I put the phone down it wont work again.
Occasionally it will work but then cut out mid show and state I have no connection and it is beyond frustrating!
Would upgrading to the V6 boxes help? Can you upgrade for free? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
