for months now my TiVo box has been turning off with flashing green light when I’m watching Catch up or on demand
my neighbour has the exact same problem
we have done all the diagnostics and remedies recommended but it keeps happening

The problem is not obvious as we have mobile data on our phones but my WiFi printer keeps going offline

The error code you have provided advises that your box is not able to connect to our Virgin Media network - you can see this via our Error Code help page here
Once you have performed a reboot, please then attempt the following checks through the V6 box:
Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now
Let us know how you get on after this check and we'll go from there 🙂
