C130 error code

My TiVo box won't connect to the next using the Ethernet cable.

There is a icon of two arrows flashing, that alternates between two red flashing lights. I have not seen this before.

Tried the self diagnostics on the box, keeps saying unable to connect.

Can anyone help tell me the problem?

Thanks

Re: C130 error code

Power off both your broadband Superhub and V6 box.

Power up the Superhub until it is fully operational and you can connect a WiFi device to the internet.

When broadband is fully working, power up your V6 until the Home screen displays and all windows at the top are fully populated.

Confirm that no orange LEDs are present and the broadband connection to V6 is fully operational, perhaps by starting BBC iPlayer.

Re: C130 error code

Hi

Have now done as suggested.

The green arrows are still flashing. Red ones stopped.

Still unable to access catch up or on demand.

Tried testing connection on diagnostics, seems unable to connect there too.

Re: C130 error code

Slight correction to above.

I restarted the box again.

Able to access catch up and on demand.

The 2 green arrows are now flashing slower, with longer gaps between the flashes, if that means anything to you.
