C130 error and upgrade when trying to watch catch up
So I ha e two problems. When I try and watch anything on catch up or Netflix I end up getting the error C130 and being thrown out. Then when I try and watch certain channels on catch up it tells me I need to upgrade when I know I should be able to access the programmes.
I’ve rung Virgin and was told it’s an outage in my area which is the reason for both problems. And they can’t tell me when it will be fixed. This keep happening so exactly what am I supposed to do now?!
