I am sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues with your service buffering, we will do all we can to help.
When using the catch up service, are connected to the broadband via Ethernet or WiFi?
Do you get any error message on the screen at all?

This would be a good chance to clarify which TV box @Rossored has.. please check on this page
If you have a TiVo, then it doesn't use your home broadband, and doesn't have WiFi - check for flashing green LED's on the front-left
If you have a V6, then Natalie's question is valid as that's what provides the internet connectivity.
