I have a very serious problem with my 1tb tivo box
This has been going on for nearly 1 month
It will not reset and if it does it only works for a few days then stops again
Most of the time it is stuck on an orange light
Can't get through to speak to anyone and got no answers through the online chat or the text service, £69/month for a service I can't use and no help from customer service , not happy
It seems I need a new box, anyone else experiencing this
