Box won’t record ITV2

When I select to record a series on ITV 2, the red Rs for series link do not appear and then programme does not record. BUT when you go in to Series Link + & other options, it gives you the option to cancel series link!
I tested a few other channels and they are fine. 
Does anyone know what’s going on?
Box has space.

I get a series link option on that programme if I use search&explore.

Is there any specific episode (date, time & channel) that doesn't have the SL option and you think should?
