I posted a question about my sky sports hd being pixelated a while back and the problem has persisted so I reset my box via the menu about two hours ago and it just keeps going in the same cycle and is yet to come back on any tips on this?

You will probably need a replacement box.

I'm unsure which box you have though as you've posted in the TIVO forum, but previously posted in the 360 forum saying you had a pixelation issue on Sky Sports Main Event HD

Tivo boxes are no longer being replaced like for like, however if you have broadband with VM then if you do have a Tivo box it's likely to be replaced with a V6 box. (V6 and 360 boxes cannot be used without a VM broadband connection)

You need to dial 150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone - choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service". Alternatively you can wait on here for staff to respond, which may take a day or so.
