I’m not sure if this is the right board to post on. My brown box outside is broken, the front cover is hanging off and wires are exposed. I’m not sure who I need to contact for this to be repaired, is there a number to ring. Thank you

You only need to post once about a query.

Either wait on this forum where staff should respond after a couple of days, or call into faults - 0345 4541111 or 150 from a VM phone.
