Hi,
My box appears to have developed a fault where it turns on and off continuously after about an hour's use. No amount on trying to reboot seems to fix it. I've attempted to log onto my virgin account but it's saying password incorrect and I'm still awaiting the reset email.
Any help would be appreciated

Any TV box that's restarting, has a fault.
You can report that, either by calling in (150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 from any other phone) or by waiting around here a day or so for staff to respond.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing some issues with the box rebooting.
I've had a look at things from our side, and it does look like an engineer is needed.
