Box keeps restarting

Please help , my TiVo box keeps restarting itself, and just wont work , I've tried the testing page on virgin but nothing but still doesnt help me as it doesnt tell me if theres a problem with it, I've unplugged it a few times and left it off for a while but nothing 

It's just restarting constantly and saying no video available then starting up that's all it's been doing

Sounds like you need a replacement box to me.

Have you called Virgin to report the problem?

I have today 

They have booked an engineer to come out and put a new box in tomorrow 

Netflix on my tablet tonight it is 😕
