As above, box seems to go haywire. We’ve done all the hard restarts etc and called and spoke to staff. Resolved now or I’m going to trading standards
When you "spoke to staff", what did they say, do or advise?
Can you explain what you mean by your box "going haywire"?
And which box do you have, just for clarity? If you're not sure, check here
