Box broken

For over a week now the TV box has been constantly trying to restart itself but failing, iv tried switching it off for a couple of days then retrying but still nothing, I can't even find a number to phone due to call centers being unstaffed, it's becoming a nightmare trying to entertain 4 children. Please help
