Book and engineer

I can’t seem to find where to book an engineer. I have just had a kitchen extension so my old TiVo point has gone and I need a replacement one putting in my new extension can anyone help

VM will arrange "non-fault" work such as this for a flat fee of £25

You can book the tech appointment by either calling the usual number (150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 otherwise) or waiting here a few days for staff to pickup.
