Ran all virgin tests your solution was to order a new box. I tried your link but it didn’t work. Still holding on support line for a human. Can someone help??
It may help to explain the issue you have - all you've really explain so far is "blank screen".

Are you seeing the same problem I am by any chance? Affecting the TiVo NOT the V6, menus working, just no picture or sound?
