Big Button remote

How do I request a remote control with large buttons for my elderly relative please?  I have seen that this dilemma has been raised before but it wasn't clear how to request them.

Good Morning 

I am very disappointed - I have received the alternative remote BUT the buttons are the same size as the version we already have so is of no use- we need a large button version - please can you look into this and get back to me asap

We are very sorry about this but on checking, our accessibility remotes are in high contrast but the buttons are no bigger than the standard model. 

I appreciate you were advised one with bigger buttons would be supplied so we apologise for any disappointment caused. 

Is there a particular part of the remote your relative struggles with?

Elderly people need something that is big button, simple as they can't see as well and may not big very good with their hands or fingers. It's really a question of why you haven't addressed this; why do you need clarification lots of info out there. I'm considering cutting the virgin service off as my mum can't understand the remote no matter how many times i explain it to her!
