Bad tv reception/pixelation area 20

Nearly every channel unwatchable for the last 2 hours due to pixelation / picture break up and sound dropping in and out. Can't reach anyone on the phone because its outside "normal" hours. I've checked all the connections and reset the tivo box 3 times now, nothing helps. Whats causing this?

Is the broadband working OK?

Which TV box is it and how is it connected to the Hub?

Broadband was working normally, the problem just affected the TV picture.

There were 2 VM vans in my street at a neighbours house prior to my TV picture problems so i'm inclined to think that the engineers broke something lol.

Anyway, I called VM the following morning while the problem was still ongoing and was told they would send someone to check for a fault outside. 2 hours later the picture was back to normal which is strange seeing as no one came to my address or was seen outside. I received no follow up call to ask if the service was working properly now either.
