I have been having bad pixellation and no tv guide for a while on my old tivo box. I also have a V6 which is working fine. I have checked all the connections and run the remote test on the tivo box and it said connection error. My area ref is 30 and any help would be much appreciated. I would rather not have a technician call as we are shielding. Thanks in advance.
Thanks for your post and welcome to the community forums. Sorry to hear that you are having TV issues with your TiVo. @japitts would be correct that it may be due to the box not connecting to the network and the flashing 2nd light seems to indicate this. I've tried some remote diagnostics and unable to connect to the box, so this will need an engineer.
