C501 code not able to access Recordings . CT10 postcode .App says issue but keeps on changing the fix date that started last month with Fix 01/02 .New one 05/02 ???

Are these any specific recordings you can't access? Or all ones? How about new ones - can you record new programmes and watch them?
I'd use the automated status line - 0800 5610061 - rather than the app or online page. That often covers faults down to street level.

Thanks for answering. It is all recordings also on demand. But it is only one.of the boxes . Network is fine for the box (connected with broadband???)
Ah, you have 2 boxes - you didn't mention that before 😉
Are they both TiVo, both V6 or one of each? Check the link in my previous post (the one you replied to) if you're not sure.
