Anyone else in Tamworth having terrible issues with TV box? I have 2, horrific service on both and customer service appalling!

TiVo's were first launched 13 years ago, and are elderly by current standards.

What are the issues you're having with your TV service? There's a good chance you could get some help on here if you explain.
