Authentication codes not working

I'm wanting to cancel sky sports/BT sports but forgot my log in details {had account for years} and don't have anything with my account number on as think my bills may be going to a really old e mail address . I have been sent 5 authentication codes all in Upper case by they are not being accepted on the website .. Any advice?

You'll need a new box if the codes are not working. Contact customer support and make them aware or book an engineer on the virgin connect app.
