Audio description stuck on

Audio description is stuck on regardless of what I change it to in audio settings.

If I press the info button and scroll down to audio description on/ off it will not switch to off

Is this on any specific channel?

And which part of the country are you in? General area is fine.

Thank you for your post.

 

I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to turn off the audio description on your TV box, I appreciate this must be quite frustrating.

 

Can you please first try turning off Dolby Audio in the audio settings first to see if that helps at all?
