Do you have any green LEDs flashing on the front-left of your TiVo?

The heartbeat light especially.

Hi riks79

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. I am sorry for any TV issues, just to clear up the confusion, are you referring to the V6 or the TiVo®, as per the system check ran, it should only be the V6 you have. 

I can also see you have a tech visit booked in, please let us know how this goes. 

Also the error code given can be tracked here - https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/c233 (you can also search for any different error codes should any arise in the future)
