For many many months (I’m just too tired n busy to act on it) both Netflix and iplayer constantly freeze when I am trying to watch them through my virgin TiVo service. Whenever it freezes the right hand green light of the 2 green lights that are usually solid on the TiVo box flashes. It does not work again until both green lights are solid. I have tried turning all off (WiFi and TiVo box) at the plug constantly but nothing fixes the problem! I pay nearly £70 each month for this terrible service!! Please help!

I'm sorry you're having problems with your apps freezing, I can imagine you'd like to get this sorted out as soon as possible.
I've had a look at the backend of your services and I can see that there is a network instability issue that we'll need to get fixed. I'll need to book an engineer out to do this, so I'll pop you a private message now requesting some more details.
