App gone from tv

The App to access virgin tv has disappeared! It’s not in the App Store we have a Samsung smart tv , any idea’s please

Is this a shortcut on your Samsung TV? That's what it sounds like, in which case this question should be directed at Samsung.

To view the video output from your VM TV box, check which port on your TV, the HDMI lead is connected to - then select this input using your TV remote.
