My TiVo box packed up last night. Left it overnight on a 3 hour dvr repair but didn’t work this morning. Tried to call 150 tonight. After waiting on hold for 53 minutes we got cut off as it went past closing time. Another night with no tv.
anyone know how to get hold of anyone that works for Virgin? No online chat anymore. No way of getting help online. Everyone you go to the fault online it says you must sign in, then you sign in and it takes you back to the home page and start the series of links again. So we resulted in using the phone and after that long wait got cut off and left hanging.
