Answering a call.. Help

Hi I know things are crazy everywhere but I’ve been trying to speak to someone now for 3 days. I stay on hold for just over an hour then get cut off, and process starts again. I must have spent over 8 hrs on hold. My bill is due to double next week and if necessary I’m happy to cancel but can’t even do that online... I’m trapped.

any ideas or tips most welcome.
